The Minutes of the last NWSCC meeting are linked here. In a wide-ranging discussion, items included general concerns raised about the future for the new Academy and Nairn by-pass, where funding is still not decided, the Councillors were informed of the CC's exchange of correspondence with THC in a complaint on the Harbour parking permits and motorhome parking, the meeting was made aware of THC's plans to sell the former Finance building as 'surplus to requirements' in the context of the possible Library relocation, there was a brief update on Local Place Planning and a passionate call for joined-up thinking on local vaccination policy.
