There are around 46000 empty homes in Scotland and the Scottish Empty Homes Partnership is offering a service to neighbours to try to get 9000 homes back into use over the life of the partnership. If you live near an empty home that is causing a nuisance, the presentation to CCs (linked here) and links to further information may be useful.
