Notice has been posted on Facebook of a "drop-in event" at Nairn Academy between 4-7 pm this Wednesday 15 June. NWSCC has written to Nairn's recently-elected Highland Councillors expressing disappointment that no notice was given to Nairn River CC or NWSCC on the scheduling of this event and hoping that the new Councillors will ensure that local concerns and input, both on the new Academy and potential relocation of the library, are properly sought and taken into before any policy recommendations are put forward or decisions made.
