Membership of Nairn Community & Arts Centre
As a means of securing and developing the Community and Arts Centre as a long-term asset to the community of Nairn the Board of Directors have raised a Notice of intent to secure a Community Asset Transfer (CAT), to take ownership of the building from Highland Council. To enable the Board to move forward with the CAT application, a change is required to the governance structure to include “members” with very limited liabilities and they are seeking a minimum of twenty members to meet this conditional change. See details and contacts for further information in this link.
