Joined by all four of Nairn's councillors there was a wide ranging discussion, including an update on Local Place Plan, a various Common Good matters, including the Seamen's Hall land consultation, the status of the Harbour St toilets re-opening and more scrutiny of the 'lost' Developer Contributions.
